Had Capellini Pomodoro tonight!
I had served it to a million people all day long and was craving it soooo badly— so I made my own when I got home!All it is is angel hair pasta, marinara with finely diced tomatoes and garlic, and basil! Sprinkle with a little cheese on top— and perfecto! Its so funny— it is such a simple meal, but it is so delicious and satisfying.

So I successfully ate out healthily at Olive Garden!I got Chicken Scampi with wheat linguine! And yes, the entire meal contains about 1,000 calories and 53 grams of fat— but I ate literally not even a third of it. It is SO MUCH FOOD it is about 4 meals for me! It was so delicious too! Cut that in 4 and it is a decent—nutritious meal. PLUS the wheat pasta ads more fiber and less carbs and calories!Plus I had one breadstick— which is about 150 calories. :D 
Then we got zeppolis for dessert which are awful for you but I only had one and a half. I am stuffed— and have lunch and dinner for tomorrow! PLUS my soup that came with it that I just brought home! Insanity! PLUS my 25% off discount. :D

Since I’ve worked so hard today (at the gym AND at work) and needed an easy dinner I brought home some soup, salad, and breadsticks.I put some fat free balsamic vinaigrette and some cucumber on the salad! And had about half of the bowl of minestrone soup (the rest to be eaten for lunch tomorrow). Oh and the breadstick. They were CALLING ME at work all night— so I had to have one. :-)

For dinner I had leftovers from lunch and some mixed veggies!I got a grilled chicken Florentine flat bread. It was SO GOOD and surprisingly not too bad for you. Only 600 calories and 25g of fat. But I ate half for lunch and half for dinner. :D

So today I didn’t do so well eating… because I honestly did not eat enough- nor did I eat many nutritious foods.Ever since Chris got sick I just have had NO appetite. I forced down a bowl of honey nut cherrios around 3:00pm, then had a granola bar before work…So for dinner I got a small bowl of Pasta Fagioli from Olive Garden with one bread stick. It has beans, ground beef, and lots of veggies so its packed with protein and nutrients (to make up for the rest of the day.. kinda?) 
Hopefully tomorrow I’ll be feeling better. I GOTTA! Its my first day back at the gym. SO EXCITED.

SOOO TODAY is my first official work day. Working 4:30 to close…. I am a little scared but very excited!And you know, working there is going to help me lose weight! I am literally fast paced walking back and fourth back and fourth back and fourth allllll night. Great cardio!I’ll lose weight as long as I stay away from those DAMN bread sticks though! :/
